Who we are
We write practical guides about subscriptions, billing, renewals, and cancellation. Our articles are published by the SubIQ Editorial Team. SubIQ is operated by ANMISOFT.
Most guides are written and reviewed as a team, so they carry the SubIQ Editorial Team byline. If one person is responsible for an article, we may publish that person's name and a profile. We never use a made-up author, credential, or personal experience.
Research and sources
We start with the company or service covered by the guide. That usually means its official help center, terms, account pages, membership agreement, or platform documentation. We link to the sources that support important details such as prices, deadlines, and cancellation steps.
When we add a practical tip of our own, we make that clear. We do not call an account flow tested unless someone actually tested it. If a rule can vary by plan, location, agreement, or local law, we tell the reader.
Writing and review
Before publishing a guide, we check that:
- It answers the main question without making readers hunt for it.
- Important facts have a reliable source.
- Steps, dates, fees, and limits are clear.
- The title and description match what the article delivers.
- It adds useful context instead of simply repeating a source.
Software can help organize the work, but it is not a source. For a company's policy, the company's own published information is what matters.
Updates and corrections
Subscription rules, fees, and account screens change. A guide may show when we checked its sources, when we published it, and when we made a meaningful update. We do not change a date just to make an old article look new.
Found something wrong? Email support@anmisoft.com with the article link and the detail that needs attention. If you have a supporting source, include that too. We review correction reports and update the article when a change is needed.
Independence and scope
Unless we clearly say otherwise, SubIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies covered in our guides. Company and product names belong to their respective owners.
Our guides offer general information, not legal or financial advice. Your agreement and account terms control your situation. Check important steps and deadlines with the provider before you act.
